Flutster is owned by JODLI LLP, 2 Frederick Street, Kings Cross, London WC1X0ND, UK. By accessing Flutster, downloading, installing or using all or part of it, you agree to be bound to the current version of terms of Service. If you disagree with these terms of Service please do not use the service.

- Websites (“the Websites”) : refers to Flutster API, accessible from https://flutster.com and the documentation website https://site.flutster.com .
- Plugin (“the Plugin”) : refers to the Flutster Flutter plugin, developed by JODLI LLP in full or in part, including any updates, upgrades, enhancements, modifications, new features, programs and tools, accessible from pub.dev or github.com .
- You (“the user”, “You”, “Your”) : refers to the individual accessing or using the Service or contributing to the plugin development.
Use of the Plugin
Unless explicitly indicated, The Plugin and its entire content (including but not limited to the original source code, Website copy, images, graphic elements, design, databases, logo or other signs, domain, trade name and business name, any customized work and other related materials) are protected by Intellectual Property Rights.
Use of the Flutster API
You are not allowed to copy, or modify the Flutster API or any part of the Flutster API in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the Flutster API, to translate the Flutster API into other languages, or make derivative versions of it. You are not allowed to intercept data used by the Flutster API. You are not allowed to attempt to spy on other users of the Flutster API.
The Flutster API is solely intended for those who have full legal capacity. To use the Flutster API, you need to be at the age of majority (legal age). Legal age depends on the national legislation applicable to the User (18 years old in many jurisdictions).
Updates and Termination Of the Service
The company is committed to ensuring that the Service is as useful and efficient as possible. Therefore, the Service is under continuous development and may require regular updates. You acknowledge and agree that the Company may update, modify, patch or discontinue any feature of the Service without your consent and with or without prior notice. We do not have any obligation to provide updates or modifications to the Service. We reserve the right to terminate the Service at any time. The Flutster Service is meant to be used with a certain purpose. If you don’t follow this purpose and use the Flutster Service with another purpose, you expose yourself to potential banning with, in extreme cases, legal prosecutions depending on the severity of your actions and their consequences.

You agree the company, its officers, directors, employees and agents, are not responsible or liable to you under any theory of liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages that may be incurred by you through your usage of the Service including any loss of data or damage to your devices whether or not the company or its representatives have been advised of or should have been aware of the possibility of any such losses arising.
